PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear Lake Hughes Members,

As summer returns to Lake Hughes, I'd like to welcome everyone back for another season of enjoying everything our beautiful lake has to offer.  Whether you're here every weekend or all summer long, I hope you have many opportunities to relax, connect with family and friends, and make lasting memories on the water. I'd also like to take a moment to recognize the volunteers who help keep our Association active and our lake healthy, safe, and enjoyable. Their time and dedication often happen behind the scenes, but their efforts benefit every resident, every guest, and every property owner. Thank you to every one who contributes throughout the year—we couldn't do it without you. Protecting our lake continues to be one of our most important priorities. One of the simplest and most effective ways we can all help is by preventing invasive species from entering our waters.  Boats, watercraft, and equipment that have been used on other  lakes should not be launched in Lake Hughes. If you purchase a used boat, kayak, paddleboard, canoe, or other watercraft that will permanently stay on our lake, please be sure to follow the «Clean, Drain, Dry» process before bringing it here. By working together and making small, responsible choices, we help preserve  the natural beauty of Lake Hughes for ourselves, our families, and future generations, while protecting the value of our properties. Thank you for your continued support of our Association and our lake community.

Wishing you all a safe, enjoyable, and memorable summer.

Warm regards,

Patrick Doyon President

Lake Hughes Association
